The only thing that matters is whether you like the people, whether they do a decent job, and whether they try to rip you off or not. We’re called Hiiya. And no, we don’t teach karate, it’s just how Yorkshire people answer the phone. It also sounds like ‘hire’ coz y’know, recruitment. Anyway, a bit about us: ▪️We’ve done this for a combined 20+ years and we’re still here (for some reason). ▪️We’ve found odd developers in obscure tech stacks in towns you’d only stop at for a wee. ▪️We guarantee every perm hire for 3 months. No faff. No fighting. Just a replacement if we balls it up. ▪️We talk like humans. Because we recruit humans. Not “talent”. ▪️Average time-to-fill: 9 days. 5 CVs. One gets hired. Less spray-and-pray, more erm, lob-and-job. ▪️We know where to find the good ones. And where the timewasters hang out. ▪️We’re cheaper. They say you shouldn’t sell on price but why wouldn’t we when we’ve saved clients 20%+ on fees? So, yeah. But our clients don’t need a cold shower after dealing with us. Because we’re not greasy. We’re not sleazy. We’re not after your cash in return for a quick flick through Indeed. We’re Northern. And we’re bloody good at what we do.
