Hillfoot, a Murray Metals company, are specialist steel stockholders that supply an extensive range of carbon and alloy steel grades to OEMs in the UK and export markets. Our long-standing relationships with steel mills around the world ensure we can offer a reliable supply of high-quality steels for competitive prices, in timeframes that fit with your manufacturing schedule. While the supply of carbon, case hardening, through hardening, nitriding and oil & gas steel grades is our core business, we do much more than just sell steel. Hillfoot offer a selection of processing services - including sawing / billeting, boring, forging, honing, turning / peeling and heat treatment - to ensure you receive your steel in precisely the form you need it. We also have an established logistics and supply chain management set-up that has seen us appointed as the preferred steel supply partner for a number of major OEMs. The service can be tailored to suit your needs and can include dedicated stock, consignment stock, JIT (line-side delivery) and export services using various Incoterms. Our experienced in-house technical team offer metallurgical advice to help with grade selection and product development, and can also organise destructive / non-destructive testing and third-party witness testing. Bringing together our supply capability, services and technical expertise are Hillfoot’s dedicated account handlers.
