About Hilltop Consultants
Hilltop Consultants is a consulting organization entirely run by Georgetown University undergraduates that executes and leads 6-7 strategy consulting projects each semester for some of the country's and the world's most deserving, trail-blazing nonprofits. Hilltop provides quality deliverables backed by comprehensive research and analysis for our clients, and our client services are consistently competitive with the product of leading industry consulting firms. Our consultants are not paid, but rather apply to and are accepted to this highly competitive organization (<4% average acceptance rate) because of their drive to create tangible change for meaningful causes. The projects on which they have worked have touched upon several areas, including healthcare, education, economic sustainability, cultural preservation, poverty, international development, and more. Our past clients include large, multi-national organizations like United Way and the American Red Cross, as well as smaller, more localized socially-minded enterprises such as The Corp, the largest student-run business in the world. Hilltop Consultants is dedicated to developing undergraduates interested in management & strategy consulting by providing authentic, client-facing consulting, project management, and leadership experiences. Hilltop's core membership is expanded each semester with new consultants who excelled in a rigorous fit and case interview process following a successful written application. In addition to serving on projects and in other leadership roles within the organization, members have access to skills training, networking, and recruiting opportunities with top consulting firms.
