About Hillwater

Hillwater was set up to enact a better and more transparent way of trading currency. Large companies have high churn on their employees and typically try to take ‘whatever they can get away with’ each time, in our eyes showing contempt for their clients. Our team's experience in working for large corporate banks, market making traders and retail brokers gives us the FX experience we need in order to really help our clients. We have seen first hand how the biggest of players operate, and we know things can be done more democratically. As such, Hillwater set up as an independent consultancy with the clients in mind, doing the best job for them, and keeping our word. The Foreign Exchange markets are naturally volatile and it is our M.O. to help our clients protect their businesses from this kind of volatility and risk. We specialise in writing highly effective and transparent FX hedging operations that align with our clients needs and objectives, taking care of what we can control and protecting against situations out of our shared locus of control. We stick to our word and know that if our clients succeed, and see us being transparent whilst we do, then we will work alongside them for shared success for many years like we try to do with all clients.
