About Hiltz Taekwon-Do
Open since 1995, Hiltz Taekwon-do is one of the longest running Martial Arts school in the HRM. We are located in both Sackville and Halifax, offering a friendly, safe, and welcoming atmosphere and have been endorsed by Sackville and Halifax recreation departments. Many of our students have attended ITF Eastern, National and World Championships. We teach International Taekwon-do Federation (I.T.F) true to the originalstyle founded by General Choi Hong Hi. At Hiltz Taekwon-Do we offer children's programs as well as family classes and adult classes. We believe we offer one of the best fitness programs in metro and are proud of the many benefits Taekwon-Do can add to achieve a better life. Taekwon-Do is a great way to get fit and more. Hiltz Taekwon-Do will provide you with better flexibility, strength, confidence, self defense, fun and much more. We welcome students ages 5 and up. We have a zero tolerance for bullying and have delivered many bully proof program in Nova Scotia schools.
