We see ourselves as a socially responsible company and have established best practices in fair trade and environmental sustainability. Our flagship product is Churpi - dog chews made from the milk of local cattle (Mithun/Bos frontalis) grazing freely at altitudes of over 15000 feet, feeding on naturally-growing flora and drinking pristine water. A traditionally handmade recipe which has long been treated as a humble snack for households, Churpi is then formed after the milk goes through the steps of heating, fat separation, addition of lime and salt, removal of excess water, cutting and finally, smoke drying for 28 days to enhance its preservation. It does not contain any artificial component and is safer and more nutritious than most dog treats available in the market. Every time you purchase Churpi from us, you support a consortium of over 500 dairy farmers in small villages and the Himalayan ethos of life: conservation of nature and preservation of traditional methods. We source our raw material from over 40 pre-approved micro-dairies around Darjeeling which then go through a stringent quality check to meet our standards to create the premium end product. We are approved to supply worldwide and are looking for buyers, either in bulk or as a private label, majorly across the European Union, Japan, the USA, Canada and Brazil.
