Hines Creek General Store is a family owned business that has been operating since 2004. Dale Stark the butcher has 30 years of experience and in 2010 the store expanded the retail meat operation, giving us the capacity to handle more custom cutting and produce our own line of smoked products. Also the expansion created a work atmosphere with food safety in mind. Our test market has been our regular customers and each and every one of their recommendations has been taken into consideration. Each product is constructed with articulate consistency, quality ingredients, and has a required nutritional label. Our smoked products are unique in the industry because we use natural smoke allowing for exploding flavour. We are a locally owned business who support local beef and pork farmers. Since the development of our product line we have marketed mostly through word of mouth and have experienced significant growth. Presently our products are being sold in more than thirty retail outlets in addition to our own grocery store. We pride our self on quality, customer service, hard work, and great listening skills to meet our customers’ demands.
