A lawyer by training, Jeff White has spent 20 years in the Canadian capital markets, initially in corporate finance/M&A and then in an institutional sales and senior executive capacity. As an experienced capital markets professional, Jeff is able to add value in a number of areas: • Capital markets strategy, including capital structure optimization and effective corporate communication; • Fundraising alternatives and considerations including target audience cost, liquidity, flexibility etc.; • Business development opportunities through an extensive network of senior executives in virtually all Canadian industry sectors; • Extensive familiarity with the Canadian securities regulatory framework, including listing and disclosure requirements.
