About HippoFish

OUR MISSION To develop stellar cloud-based retail and ticketing software solutions that focus on customer insights, the reduction of business inefficiencies and the creation of real repeatable business processes. HISTORY HippoFish was created out of the realization that there are few solid software options for running a Family Entertainment Center (FEC) with ticket and time based reservations. The development of a new software system became the pet project of Co-Founder, Paul McGeehan beginning in early 2011. The desire and goal of the software was to ensure that all customer information was maintained within one database, that the software would allow for excellent custom reports and that the system was user-friendly enough to handle simple data and object additions. The decision was to develop the software on top of Salesforce.com’s Force.com platform. HippoFish will provide the following software solutions: * Ticketing and Time Reservation * Facility Management * Point-of-Sale software * Inventory Management and Reporting * Membership * Gift Card Software / Alternate card based payment method * Document Signing application
