We enhance the well-being of seniors by providing trustworthy and compassionate homecare services, while empowering our dedicated homecare professionals with excellent employment opportunities and job satisfaction. Our exceptional Caregivers are all CA licensed, and have been thoroughly screened and background checked and are insured and bonded. All Caregivers are state licensed Home Care Aides, and we handle all employer responsibilities. Our caregivers have extensive experience working with the elderly and disabled. We practice ongoing staff education, management, appreciation and recognition, to ensure the consistent high quality level of our Caregivers. Our dedicated Management team knows exactly what it takes to make sure our clients are being properly cared for. An important tool for accomplishing this is our complimentary Initial Assessment and Home Safety Evaluation. Our Care Manager will sit down to discuss your individual needs and preferences. We then develop a Care Plan and schedule the ideal Caregiver to serve you, matching skills and personality. Assistance is available on a flexible basis: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on an hourly, overnight or 24-hour live in basis. Ongoing care management, it is included with our service. We keep close communication between our Caregivers and our Clients and families to assure that our services are being properly delivered. Customer service and satisfaction is the cornerstone of what we do. We are members of the BBB and the Home Care Association of America.
