HireMyMa was launched to help Mothers find full and part-time jobs with companies that value their skills and experience. Far too many struggle to return to work, or fail to secure jobs, after taking time out to bring up children. The professional mother's struggle with these issues have been so well documented, that even the government recently set up a ‘career break’ scheme to help those affected. Yet, the best way to help parents back to work is through guidance, insight and connecting them with understanding companies that recognise the value they bring. This is the very essence of what we strive to achieve at HireMyMa. We’re dedicated to getting parents back to work and supporting them through their journey. We do this by connecting them to a wide range of employers that value their experience and skills, coupled with the working ethos and loyalty of working parents. Helping to improve employability is another area we focus on. We offer practical insight and guidance from top employers, along with practical help - such as interview preparation. Registered users can also benefit from our online community platform. Here, parents can connect with other likeminded professionals to share experiences and offer support through the trusted network. This has been particularly well received with Mums looking to change career direction, or returning to work after maternity leave.
