We are a Real Estate Appraisal Firm, Real Estate Brokerage, and we are also registered with the State as Property Tax Agents. Should the occasion arise, I would love the opportunity to assist you or your clients with their real estate needs. While the company itself is new, I have been a resident of Mohave County since 1980 and a business owner here all my adult life. I have worked in 2 appraisal firms and 3 real estate brokerages. I learned a lot from them, but I’m an odd duck. I never did feel at home in the typical brokerage, it was soul-destroying. This new company is a culmination of life experiences and over two decades of experience as a real estate appraiser, property tax agent, and a real estate agent here in Mohave County. I am bound and determined to be different. To do it different. While I am an avid baker, I don’t sugar coat anything. What you see is what you get. The culture of our business is one where relationships matter; having a positive impact not just on our clients but on the community as a whole. We only have a few professionals right now, but everyone who works with us will be committed, smart, dedicated and connected to this company and to the community – and not everyone will work with us. Enough about me – what’s all this mean to you? It means I care more about making it right for you and your situation than closing another sale.
