The company HIT Hafen- und Industrietechnik GmbH evolved from the consulting engineering company founded by the current managing director Gerwin Eilers in Wilhelmshaven in 1997. Within a few years, HIT has made a name for itself in automation and drive technology as well as in the field of control systems and electrotechnical installations. Consolidated knowledge, vision and qualified personnel are the reasons for the continuing development of HIT. In 2002 HIT moved its location to Wardenburg to work even more efficiently and customer-orientated in their new premises and the two production halls. The products of HIT are being used all over the world. In 2008 HIT inaugurated its prestigious offices in Singapore - yet another step towards a global outlook. Numerous successfully completed projects have made HIT well-known for the delivered quality and reliability. As a DIN ISO 9001 certified company - also certified according to SCC - we adhere strictly to the principles of quality management. Our customers benefit by receiving certified quality from the very beginning. The recognition as a certified "Solution Partner and PCS 7 Specialist" by Siemens further underlines the quality of our project handling. We also maintain partnerships with affiliated companies. HIT is sole agent for the Swedish company ELME Spreader AB in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
