WHO WE ARE Hive + Co was established in 2021 by Stephania Moore and Stephanie Shelley. Through manicures and the magic of human touch they shared their lives, their passions, and dreams. Soon, the two created a shared dream where an entire team could hold hands with our community, sharing the gift of self-care and a soothing environment. THE CRAFT Hive + Co provides strong and long-lasting nail services without compromising the integrity and health of our clients. Hive + Co uses only classic nail lacquer and newer soakable gel polish. This decreases the number of services required for our clients to maintain healthy and beautiful manicures and pedicures. We place importance on the safety and well-being of not only our clients, but of ourselves and our staff. Therefore, we choose to use only odorless gel products that can be soaked away without the risks associated with more mainstream products, such as acrylic powders and liquids. Hive + Co will also provide a soothing spa environment where our clients can curate peaceful health and a journey of beauty experiences to savor that will enrich their lives. We use lotions and scrubs that are lightly or unscented to ensure client’s sensitivities are accounted for, as well as be inclusive to all. PURSUIT OF GOOD Hive + Co strives to be a valuable addition to our Boise community. By consuming less water and producing less trash, noise, and traffic than a traditional spa we are substantially more sustainable than similar businesses. Our internal systems and processes support the reduction of waste. Our central location adjacent to the Boise River and Greenbelt is easily accessed by nearby residential areas, as it is important to Hive + Co to have a destination where our clients arrive on foot and bicycle, as well as vehicle.
