Hive Projects are a project, cost & programme management consultancy with a drive to deliver expert, client-focused advice for property, construction and healthcare projects. We were founded in 2020 by our directors who have all spent over 15 years working in large international consultancies and client organisations, delivering high profile major projects across healthcare, local government, commercial, education, retail, arts, leisure and residential sectors. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service, using our skills and experience to simplify the most complex projects, identifying and managing risk, positively engaging with project teams and stakeholders to provide strong commercially focused advice.
