HJM Asia Law & Co LLC is a boutique foreign law firm registered in China and Singapore. We combine an in-depth knowledge of Asian legal systems with a Western understanding of the way of doing business, drawing from more than 22 years of Asian legal expertise and Western commercial experience. Our law firm has full-time, dedicated and professional teams based in China and Singapore. Our teams, led by Caroline Berube, the managing partner of the firm with more than 22 years of legal experience in Asia, understand the Asian legal systems and the Western business mindset. Most of our lawyers are fluent in foreign languages and are able to provide legal services in English, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Tagalog and Malay to a variety of small and medium size foreign companies, including Fortune 500 companies. We specialize in advising foreign investors doing business in Asia, and regularly advise and act as designated external counsel for multinational corporations and foreign small and medium enterprises. We also advise on cross-border transactions and intellectual property matters. Over the years, we have formed strategic alliances with law firms in various countries. Our objective is to anticipate our clients’ challenges and to protect their interests.
