Helios RE Socimi, S.A. is a BME Scaleup-listed company specializing in the management of leading retail centers and parks in Spain. It began trading as Lar España Real Estate Socimi in 2014, becoming the first Socimi to list on the continuous market. After more than 10 years of success, in 2024 it was backed by Hines European Real Estate Partners III and Grupo Lar as a result of a successful takeover bid. Following this milestone and an internal corporate reorganization process, the company began operating under the name HLRE Socimi. The company currently manages a portfolio of 10 assets (7 shopping centers and 3 retail parks) and a total leasable area of over 460,000 m². With an active and approachable management model, HLRE Socimi promotes a resilient, innovative, and sustainable retail environment capable of generating economic, social, and environmental value in the territories where it operates. HLRE Socimi’s mission is to lead the retail real estate industry thanks to the size of its portfolio, the quality of its assets and the efficiency of its management model.
