Retrofit Projects - Many large commercial facilities built before ~1990 still utilize pneumatic controls. These control systems are typically degraded and inefficient. Modernizing these buildings with DDC controls creates an avenue for revitalization while decreasing utility costs. Integration Projects - Using cutting edge technology, we are able to integrate many existing legacy DDC systems. Many facilities do not have the resources or will to completely retrofit their building automation system. By integrating existing control systems, we are able to reuse operable equipment and replace failed components. Rather than spending hundreds of thousands on a complete DDC upgrade, the same ends may be achieved for tens of thousands. DDC Maintenance Contracting - Mechanical control systems are most effective when well kept. Energy Savings Contracts are often derailed by system failures.
