HMS Properties founded in 2018 has a combined trio of entrepreneurs who have a goal to become one of the most recognised commercial property developers in Wales. A strong background in Marketing, Retail & Financial Sector creates an even balance within the company. The idea came to light when a discovery was made that in fact residential property is becoming rather boring. The team had big ambitions and wanted to work on larger projects which were more complex. HMS has been involved in many developments such as Student Accommodations, Apartment Blocks & Restaurants. HMS works closely with fellow contractors such as Builders, Land Planners & Architects. Being closely connected allows projects to be monitored consistently also providing insights on how development takes place. The team now prepare themselves for another project which is set to be complete by August 2019 which sees an A3 use of premises accommodated with 3 luxury style apartments.
