About Hoa Lam Corporation

Established in 1993, Hoa Lam formerly known as Nhat Nguyen Transport Trading Service Company Limited is co-founded by a husband-and-wife team of Mr. Duong Ngoc Hoa and Mrs. Tran Thi Lam. Especially, the latter is one of the most successful entrepreneurs who had received many merits from Vietnam Government for her business contributions. Over many years of establishing and developing, Hoa Lam has been constantly growing together with large-scale international projects In 1999, Hoa Lam Trading and Manufacturing Company Limited was established, focusing on motorbike manufacturing with the trading name Halim. In 2004, to be a multi-industry company, Hoa Lam Car – Motorbike Joint Stock Company has changed its name to Hoa Lam Development and Investment Company as well as establishing Hoa Lam-Kymco Joint Venture Company in manufacturing, assembling and trading scooters under the brand name Kymco. 2006, Hoa Lam had joined the stock market with a large investment to Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Bank where Mr. Duong Ngoc Hoa is Chairman of the Board of Directors. On February 2, 2007, Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Bank launched a new branch in Soc Trang City under the new named Vietbank. One year later, Vietbank opened its first branch in Ho Chi Minh City at 02 Thi Sach, District 1. Vietbank has been expanding up to 96 branches all over the country in the last 8 years. July 2015, Hoa Lam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company began construction on a new international hospital with the cooperation of People’s Hospital 115 under the public-private partnership (PPP) format. Hoa Lam International Hospital is the second one out of the 6 hospitals in the Hi-Tech Healthcare Park.
