Steve and Tonda (owners of The Hoagland Group) enjoy working together as Real Estate Consultants and building a team of professionals who are passionate about helping clients improve their overall quality of life through owning the right home. “We do so much more than just sell houses.” They haven't always been in real estate, but find that their past careers enrich their real estate success. Steve enjoyed a successful career as a Sales Manager with IBM, then completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education Program prior to joining Tonda in forming The Hoagland Group. Tonda was also previously with IBM and worked in both banking and interior design. Their combined sales, business, financial, and interior design backgrounds give them a unique skill base on which to draw when advising clients and mentoring their team. Our motto?
