About Hoas

Hoas on opiskelijan koti. Helsingin seudun opiskelija-asuntosäätiö vuokraa, rakennuttaa ja ylläpitää asuntoja pääkaupunkiseudulla peruskoulun jälkeisissä oppilaitoksissa tutkintoaan päätoimisesti suorittaville opiskelijoille. Lisäksi teemme yhteistyötä korkeakoulujen kanssa tarjoamalla kalustettuja huoneistoja ja asumisajan palveluja kansainvälisen vaihdon opiskelijoille. Hoas on perustettu opiskelijoiden toimesta, opiskelijoita varten. Yleishyödyllisen säätiömme tarkoitus on alusta asti ollut helpottaa opiskelijoiden asuntotilannetta pääkaupunkiseudulla. Hoas tarjoaa kodin yli 18 000 opiskelijalle, joista kolmasosa on kansainvälisiä opiskelijoita. // Hoas is a home of a student. The Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region rents out, builds, and maintains housing in the capital region for students who are studying full-time at schools of post-basic education. In addition, we work together with universities and universities of applied sciences by offering furnished apartments and housing services to international exchange students. Hoas was founded by students, for students. From the beginning, the purpose of our non-profit foundation has been to ease the housing situation of students in the capital region. Hoas offers a home for more than 18,000 students, one third of whom are international students.
