About HOBY Vermont

Each year, high school sophomores from across the state attend a four day Leadership Seminar as student ambassadors. Throughout the seminar, HOBY VT helps students to discover their leadership potential and refine their skills to enact positive change in their communities. The HOBY curriculum allows students to grow as individuals and develop their own leadership style though hands-on activities, guest speakers, and volunteer service. A critical aspect of our ambassadors' experience is creating a supportive and self-reflective team-building environment. Ambassadors leave empowered, energized, and part of a greater network of HOBY Alumni leaders throughout Vermont.
