HockeyFit ltd was designed and created by Fitness Director Robert Martin, a field hockey player of 18 years, and a Sport / fitness Professional of 10+ years. HockeyFit is a scientifically designed training course that teaches the field hockey coach how to perform physical fitness training at their club on and off the field which is specific to field hockey and is also tailored to fit both the outfield player and Goalkeeper, with the addition of our new programme for officials on the way HockeyFit is currently UK based and is spreading across clubs, schools and universities. We are also in progress to be based across the Netherlands, South Africa and the United States, with plans to add every country in the world that has field hockey! Our aim and objective is to provide the field hockey player regardless of age, background, gender or ability with the chance of peak physical performance and what we like to call a "chance". By providing the education we deliver to the field hockey coach, they can then provide and deliver HockeyFit to their individual players/teams in a one to one or group format. This giving more outreach and potential of HockeyFit being available to the masses. We have transformed ideas from commercial fitness / Personal training OPT models into a sport performance based workout specific to field hockey, which you can deliver anywhere in any space, before, during or after training to maximize the field hockey player and as a coach maximize your knowledge and potential of earning extra income, we even show you how!
