Incorporated in late 2018, HTS not only survived through the recent pandemic as a newly incorporated company, but also managed to grow in terms of personnel, signed contracts and service partners alike, through a well earned reputation of hard working and professional guards, backed by a well organised office team. Our company ethos still remains the same as when HTS first started, focusing on the welfare and wages of our staff members in order to create the most desirable working environment, in turn providing our clients with the highest standards of service, no matter the task in hand; a mutually beneficial relationship for all! As HTS continues on its path of growth, the company will proceed in transitioning from a subcontractor / labour provider role into a fully accredited direct contractor. The last year has been spent readying the company for its next steps, whereby we will imminently obtain ISO and ACS accreditations in order to assist us in adding to our recently acquired direct contracts. With improved margins, staff wages will increase across the board, boosting our scope and ability to hire the right personnel for our clients’ security requirements.
