About Holding hands
Holding hands is a charitable social enterprise providing wellbeing support to people going through difficult life situations in terms of; Trauma, Bereavement, Ill-health, Isolation and all mental health challenges. We provide person centered and cultural/religious sensitive support targeted to enable the people we support to build resilience and bounce back within a minimum set time.
