CC Holdings is a locally owned and operated restaurant group unwilling to compromise its commitment to the delivery of quality service to each customer. CC Holdings, Inc. was founded in Indianapolis in 1992 and has been in continuous operation ever since. CC Holdings currently owns and operates 13 food and beverage retail units in the greater Indianapolis market. The company is a locally- and woman-owned restaurant group operating Coffee Zon coffee bars, FUZION by Coffee Zon, Nature’s Table Cafes, and Au Bon Pain Cafe. Typically in nontraditional settings, the company’s locations in Indianapolis include the IU Health Campus; Eli Lilly Campus; Indiana Government Center; and the Indianapolis Airport. One of the company’s more recent locations is at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital, where the company began operations in 1992 with its first Caffe Connection coffee bar.
