"Unlocking potential though Possibility, Power & Purpose." Holistic Consulting LLC is an experiential education consultancy honoring the identities of learners and leaders. Through reflection and intentionality in identity-centered professional and program development we facilitate the transformation of mindset, practice and culture in learning communities. Holistic Consulting was founded on the premise that transformative social emotional learning is contingent on building capacity for adults and students in tandem while honoring the identities of both. We use the terms “learners” and “leaders” flexibly to describe both adults and students who have the opportunity to tap into both roles in order to embrace the dynamic process of holistically becoming. In order to reimagine education spaces as sites of holistic transformation, adults in the capacity of continuous learners and leaders have to engage with the developmental frames of possibility, power and purpose along a continuum from individual introspection to interpersonal connection and broader impact on the communities and ecosystems they inhabit.
