About Holistic Mental Health Services

Hello!! My name is Wendy Hawkins and I'm a clinically licensed social worker. The mission of Holistic Mental Health Services is to provide mental health support that empowers, educates and encourages the evolution of each individual's personal mental health journey. I offer a safe therapeutic space with positive and unconditional regard for each of my clients regardless of their walk of life. I utilize a person-centered approach that allows each client to guide me through their life history, traumas and obstacles that are impeding their ability to thrive. I collaborate with my client to develop a realistic plan to meet their goals and needs to be the best version of who they are. I utilize evidence-based interventions as well as complimentary therapies such as mindfulness, expressive arts and energy healing to support my clients throughout their journey. I enjoy working with individuals, teens, couples and families. In addition, I am an affirming and supportive therapist within the LGBTQ community.
