At Holistic You, we pride ourselves in looking after our customers – whether you are a regular member or someone who is trialling Holistic You for the first time, you will be drawn to the warm, personal approach of our teachers. In an unregulated yoga market, Holistic You will always work with industry experts to ensure that standards are upheld and maintained at all times. Owner and co-founder of Holistic You – Mara Musso is a well respected teacher in this industry and an ambassador for safeguarding these standards of this rich, 5000 years historic practice. Our timetable is varied and offers practices to suit different abilities and at convenient times throughout the day. We have short 30 minutes chair stretching practices to longer practices of 45, 60 and 90 minute yoga classes. The chair stretching practices are very accessible to all, even those with low mobility. We offer something to suit everybody. Holistic You and its uniqueness is defined by the people that run the company and their personal beliefs which make the core values come to life.
