Drawing from the wisdom of well-established grass-roots traditional healing methods where they powerfully intersect with contemporary evidence-based practices, we empower people with a well rounded repertoire of recovery enhancement life-care practices for leaning into, working with and through stresses, challenges and transitions with grace and meaning. Groups are our jam! Our vision is to offer a wide range of services including workshops, classes, and retreats. We're currently bringing workshops into organizations such as Northern California addiction treatment centers. As of August 2024 we are offering regular in-person group programs in downtown Santa Rosa, California.
