In most cases, HCG functions as a Construction Manager at Risk and we have developed several different contracting methods to fit the needs of our customers. In most cases, the projects are completed on a Cost Plus Basis with a Savings Clause which favors the client. Approximately 90% of our projects are Design/Build which allows us to work with the Architect and Owner to offer Value Engineering Ideas that can make the project as efficient and cost effective as possible, without compromising the quality or integrity of the design.
