About Holmbury Group
The Holmbury Group is a family run hydraulics company with its head office located in Tonbridge, United Kingdom. Holmbury Ltd was established in 1982 by David French. The company quickly became recognized for its high quality, reliable products. The original Holmbury flat face coupling design was launched in 1984 and soon became the preferred quick release coupling solution for JCB, Caterpillar and other heavy equipment OEMs. The flat face design is intended for use on hammer systems and a wide variety of other applications. When the International Standards Organization (ISO) convened to set the standards for flat face couplings, the Holmbury design was adopted to form the standard for ISO 16028. Today Holmbury is a global provider of hydraulic quick release couplings, valves and other hydraulic components. In 2003, driven by the need to respond rapidly to worldwide customer demand, Holmbury set up its North American operation Holmbury Inc, based in Eastlake, Ohio. Both Holmbury Ltd and Inc have recently moved into new premises which provides a modern and efficient platform for growth across the Group. With over thirty years’ hydraulics industry experience and a well-established global presence, the Holmbury Group is perfectly positioned to offer customers a wide range of hydraulic system solutions.
