Holt Consulting Company is a multi-discipline engineering firm that provides planning, design, and management services for transportation infrastructure. Holt Consulting was established by two long-time friends and co-workers, Paul Holt and Ken Holt. Paul and Ken worked together at a well-known transportation consulting firm for more than 25 years before launching HOLT. HOLT’s relationship-based culture coupled with responsive communication and action makes them the consultant of choice for state and local governments. The two founders learned transportation consulting from the ground up; from performing the work to managing a wide variety of projects and programs. As a result, both Ken and Paul possess a keen awareness of the attributes of highly successful projects: attention to quality, timely execution of the work, and communication, with the ultimate goal being to exceed client expectations. Here at HOLT, employees are the company’s most valuable asset.
