About Home Care AFC

Home Care AFC is a MassHealth licensed provider of the Adult Foster Care program serving all of Massachusetts. We come offer support to caregivers who take care of a loved one that lives in their home and needs assistance with some daily tasks. Caregivers receive a stipend of up to $18,000 per year, tax free, to compensate for the important work they do. They also benefit from the support of a dedicated care team that provides expertise and guidance in navigating the healthcare system and providing resources, referrals, and education to ensure peace of mind and ease throughout the caregiving journey. With over 15 years of professional experience as well as the personal experience of caring for a loved one at home, our family's heart is truly to serve your family well!
