We hire qualified care professionals, and then we train them even more. We aren’t desperate to hire. We’re very picky, because when we send our care team out to clients, we do everything we can to make sure they are well prepared and capable of meeting specific needs, and exceeding expectations. Held to a higher standard, our staff undergoes more advanced and certification training through the Institute of Professional Care Education to ensure a friendly, safe and comfortable experience for everyone involved. We use high level screening to keep clients safe, and demand professionalism at every step. We take safety very seriously.
