About us: Home Health Billing to Go, Inc. (HHBTG) was formed in 2010 by Dawn Hughes as an all-inclusive billing service. With almost 30 years’ experience in the medical/healthcare industry, HHBTG Inc. staff can answer almost any question you might have related to home health billing. HHBTG provides the following services: outsourced billing of claims to all payor types, pre-billing audits, claim corrections, claim adjustments, claim appeals, A/R Review and reconciliation, payment posting, general consulting, billing compliance review/audit, assistance with Medicare cost reporting, financial reporting and billing due diligences related to mergers and acquisitions. Training and Educational services also provided in the following areas: billing and compliance rules & processes, DDE/Ability/Zirmed, PC Ace Pro-32 and Quickbooks. HHBTG also works closely with EHR software vendors in the industry to assist in developing and implementing Medicare and Medicaid compliance and financial reporting. HHBTG provides contract services, primarily but not exclusively, to Home health agencies. HHBTG is approved to submit Medicare billing for HHA’s under jurisdiction M in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas & Under jurisdiction 15 in the following states: Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
