About Home Infusion Options
Home Infusion Options will coordinate the administration of your infusion in the comfort of your home or work place. We handle the insurance approval for you. Our Hi-Tech Registered Nurse then schedules your appointment around your schedule. As a Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy and partnership with HHIO for their patient advocacy services, we are able to provide patients the level of service they deserve: - Hi-Tech Infusions: Our hi-tech infusion nurses provide infusions in the patient's home or work setting. - Prior Authorization Insurance Assistance: Tri-Unity navigates the insurance landscape for patients. We can coordinate any necessary administrative requirements needed to obtain coverage. - Patient Education: Tri-Unity will provide patient education by a nurse and clinical pharmacist to help patients understand the medication process - Patient Advocate: In partnership with HHIO, every Tri-Unity patient is assigned a Patient Advocate as their one point of contact who will help the patient obtain all the services they need as part of their health treatment. The Patient advocate will coordinate care between insurance, pharmacy and nursing.
