We are particularly proud of Tribe, a student platform we helped launch in 2020. Through successful planning outcomes and funding rounds, we have expanded the pipeline to over 2,700 beds. We will continue optimising the schemes and looking after every student through an in-house operational platform. With over 1,000 co-living units and 400 build-to-rent homes in our pipeline, we are excited to bring our expertise and commitment to sustainable and wellness-oriented design, construction, and operation practices to these rental communities.
