Home Service Solutions is a care service provider for quality person centered care. We are unique in our provisions in the sense that we pride ourselves on tailored and focused support, enabling you to find a solution for all your needs. We warmly support those in receipt of our services and provide a bespoke service to you. We work in accordance to the Care and Social Service Inspectorate for Wales, and follow the Domiciliary Code of Practice supplied by Social Care Wales. We are committed and unique, that we provide a specific service to individuals who are in receipt of direct payments, as we see more Local Authorities are promoting this aspect of service we would work with you as an individual and enable you to plan and control your care as though you was managing your care package yourself, except we would take on the role of becoming the statutory employer and provide the staff with all necessary training, leadership and governance. In the sense of unique provisions, we provide a bespoke service which takes into account your needs and requirements. Whether it's because you need a little help and assistance because of a health condition/physical need, or whether its because you have complex care requirements. We cater for your needs and ensure that your individual requirements are addressed. We ensure that your bespoke care plan is drawn up and put in place to determine the best outcomes for yourself and those who matter most to you, in order to move forward. We pride ourselves on the rapport we build with customers and the long-term relationship that we have built with long and short-term clients. Each element of support is supported through knowledge that the management team either directly or indirectly live with some form of disability, have care requirements themselves, but most of all from one trusted mind to the other, we feel strongly that we can empathise with how non-person centred care can make life feel, and we aim to help avoid such exposure.
