All Aboard!! It was a warm summer day on a Puget Sound ferry ride as little sister Ali was visiting her big brother Cody in Seattle. Like many others, they were lamenting over the woes of their 9-5 daily grind. It was in this moment they decided to change things, and from that moment HomeFront was created. The concept of buying and renovating homes in Spokane, being able to help sellers difficult situations while simultaneously providing relief to the region’s housing shortage was the perfect fit. Both Cody & Ali quit their jobs soon after, and Cody moved back home to be closer to the action. They have attributed their success to being locals, born in Spokane and raised in Spangle, they understand the meaning of community and taking care of others. After all, everyone is your neighbor in a town as small as Spangle. While the other members of the team are not related, anyone who knows Jeff and Gavin would swear they are brothers. Friends and business-partners with nearly 20 years of combined experience in home rehabilitation in Spokane, they have renovated roughly 250 homes for Spokane area buyers. Some of the first people to meet Cody and Ali on their real estate journey, they quickly took a liking, and soon all four joined forces. In 2021 HomeFront moved into a new Spokane Valley office to fit its growing team and to be centrally located to better serve its clients. Whether it is watching Gonzaga games, or the kids visiting mom or dad after school, the extra space around the TV in the new conference room doesn’t hurt either. We are a small, local, family-orientated business, and we bring these values into work every day.
