We Provide quick sale, owner finance, and rent-to-own buyer incentive programs that enable homeowners to sell within one to two weeks, and hassel-free home buying; and we assist home buyers who would otherwise not qualify for conventional financing to become homeowners through both of these programs Real Estate Property Acquisition: We purchase properties from home owners looking to sell their pre-foreclosure, foreclosures, pre-auction properties, distressed properties, or properties they may be having difficulty selling on the open market through realtors, by offering a quick exit below market value price.
