Hometenders of America specializes in assisting homeowners and Realtors in marketing the sale of vacant homes. Pre-screened individuals who become subcontractors move into approved homes and take care of it both inside and out. Furniture and furnishings are matched both to the style and size of the home in order to create a “model” home environment. We stage the home after the Hometender has moved in. An average use fee is between $600-1800+ a month. Homes range in value from the mid 300's to over 3 million dollars. The concept reduces expense to the home owner for holding the property. Problems can be found early and immediately repaired before serious damages occur. Occupied homes deter vandals, vagrants and thieves.
