HomeTown Physical Therapy, formerly Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy, has provided outpatient physical therapy services to the residents of Stephenville, Hico, and surrounding communities for over 20 years. Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy exists to grow and learn from each other's knowledge and experience, resulting in improved performance. We believe that our services are optimized when we work together as a team; that each team member will use their strengths to provide innovative and customer friendly services dedicated to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness for our community. Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy provides innovative services dedicated to wellness, injury prevention and rehabilitation for the community. As a qualified team of professionals, we promote and provide excellence in rehabilitation services through our commitment to patient’s rights, advanced education and professional ethics.
