Family owned and operated since 1956, Homewood Disposal has grown from a small scavenger company to a full range solid waste, recycling, transportation, and disposal service company. As a leader in the waste industry, we currently provide services to over 75 communites in the South Suburbs of Chicago, and numerous others in Northwest Indiana. Our state of the art recycle sorting facility is one of the largest in the midwest! We now have over 300 employees and a fleet of 200 trucks to service our customers. Homewood Disposal is proud of its history and ability to remain in the forefront of this increasingly complex industry. All of this has been made possible by the integrity and hard work of the high quality individuals that make up the Homewood Disposal family of employees. Our company is involved in local Chamber of Commerce activities in many of the communities we service. We are also involved in the planning and development of municipal waste handling programs. Homewood Disposal financially supports many local organizations and charities, resulting from its belief in giving back to the local communities.
