Who: • Most of our investor/buyers are individuals who have money in their 401k, IRA, 1031 exchange or other investment money sitting on the side earning minimal returns. • They are looking for a solid monthly cash flow and/or to acquire an appreciating asset more tangible in nature than their portfolio or stocks or the 2% return on a money market fund. When: • We have 4-10 deals in inventory at any given time, call me to see what is available today. • We are looking to expand our buyer’s pool by tapping into personal contacts, investment management groups, insurance agents, and professional network development. For example, if you purchase a home for $100,000, it will most likely be collecting rent of $1000 per month.
