Homeworx was co-founded by current managing director, Gordon Sanson, in 1998 with a vision of making new home building easier for people by combining several related services in the one location. The concept proved popular and Homeworx was soon recognised as one of Hawkes Bay’s leading building companies. Homeworx has now built over 340 homes and continues to grow from strength to strength, receiving accolades from clients and industry peers. Most notable recognition of the consistently high quality of workmanship is the wall full of certificates in the reception area of Homeworx’s Meeanee offices.
