About Honeybee Therapy Services
Founded in 2020, Honeybee Therapy Services is privately owned by a local Speech-Language Pathologist, committed to implementing collaborative early intervention services for a variety of speech, language, and communication delays and disorders. We provide screening, evaluation, and early intervention services to children in preschool, daycare, and home-based settings in Durham, NC and the surrounding areas. We strongly believe that children learn best through play! We provide play-based and child-directed evidence-based therapy services in collaboration with parents, caregivers, other professionals and classroom teachers. Each child presents unique strengths, interests, and needs. We aim to implement highly-individualized treatment plans to provide all of our clients the support they need to communicate effectively, participate functionally in the classroom setting, and develop fulfilling relationships with family and peers.
