Honeydew Sleep is a family business in Southern California dedicated to making the best pillows in the world. Honeydew originally started as a passion project from husband and wife Jonathan & Evita Kunke, who set out to make the perfect pillow for their own personal use. What they thought would be a weekend project turned into a years-long obsession, and after making hundreds of samples with countless fill formulas and variations, they finally felt like they had made their perfect pillow. After making some to give to family and friends as gifts and being overwhelmed by the response they received, they began selling them in small batches. Soon their inbox started filling up with customers telling them that their pillow had changed their life, and after hearing that a few times, they realized they needed to make their pillows available on a larger scale. They founded Honeydew Sleep and built a factory in their hometown, where they still make all of their pillows by hand today. Honeydew's innovative Scrumptious Side Pillow has won tons of awards, and has been featured by Forbes, Allure, Vice, Apartment Therapy, Wellness Magazine, Popular Science, and many, many more top publications. Since then, we have expanded our product line to a current total of 8 different pillows, pillowcases made from bamboo and organic mulberry silk, sleep masks, and the most luxurious sheets you have ever felt made from a fabric derived entirely from organic bamboo. In 2023, Vice called our sheets "The best everyday year-round bamboo sheets", praising their temperature regulation and perfect fit.
