About Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School
The Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School is the first secondary and primary through-train school affiliated to a university in Hong Kong. The 12-year through-train school has been the vision of the Hong Kong Baptist University since 1990s, and tremendous effort has been continually invested to realise this vision. In August 2001, Dr. Daniel Tse, then President and Vice-Chancellor, signed an agreement with Mr. Wong Kam Fai. Under the agreement, the university accepted a generous donation from the Kum Shing K.F. Wong Charity and Education Foundation for the purpose of purchasing school furniture and equipment. As a gesture of gratitude, the school was then named “Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School”. The Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the affiliated school was held on 13 December 2004. In 2006, the construction of our campus, which exceeds Y2K school design standards, was completed. In September 2006, our first batch of students were admitted to the school and started receiving diversified and high quality education.
